"I tried this shop since it was the only authorized Stek PPF installer within a reasonable distance and the reviews looked good. I already had a full body PPF from another installer but needed my lip rewrapped. Raul was courteous, professional and was fair on his pricing. He took care of my lip rewrap and really showed his professionalism when some minor but noticeable imperfections came up on it a few weeks later. If you've had a wrap, you know these things happen...just comes with the territory. It's how the installer deals with them that is more important. Raul excelled here and took care of the problems until we were both satisfied with the results. Oh, and he is very communicative as well. "I will start off by saying that I live in Williamsburg but heard that Chavez and Sons is best at installing paint protection film and ceramic coating. I contacted Chavez and Sons on 10/14/22 to receive a quote to install STEK full front paint protection film and apply SB3 Trinity ceramic coating to my 2023 Audi Q7. Raul sent me a detailed invoice, and I was scheduled to drop my car off on 10/24/22. At that time, Raul, the owner, also INSISTED that I come to his garage to see his work. I was able to visit his shop on 10/21/22. The shop is not only EXTREMELY clean and well-lit, but also SECURE. Raul showed me a luxury vehicle that he applied paint protection film, and I was blown away! I could not even see the film on the car. I dropped my car off on 10/24/22 to have the PPF installed, and SB3 Trinity ceramic coating applied. I received numerous updates and could also follow the work being done on social media, but Raul did not post the finished product until after I picked up my vehicle. The surprise was worth the wait. I picked up my car on 10/28/22 and could not believe my eyes! My car looks AMAZING. I was shocked. I expected it to look good, but Raul far exceeded my expectations. When my husband and I picked it up Raul proudly showed us the edges, where he made relief cuts, and everything looks perfect. My car looks better than when I picked it up from the dealership.
